FENCE RELOCATION CRITERIA |
- Homeowner is responsible for all costs of moving fence, including drawings, plans, permits, materials, landscaping, irrigation system modifications, labor, obtaining builder permit etc.
- Fence must match existing standards in construction and color, according to Beachwalk specifications. If wood is to be replaced by stucco/block, standards for "Stucco Block Wall" must be complied with in addition to this standard.
- All plants/trees requiring a move to complete fence relocation must be reviewed and approved by the Landscaping Committee prior to the approval of the fence relocation.
- Any sprinkler systems affected by fence relocation must be modified by the Beachwalk Homeowners' Association's agents. Cost will be billed to the homeowner.
- Any drainage affected must be adjusted by the Beachwalk Homeowners' Association's agents. Cost will be billed to the homeowner.
- Electrical lines, telephone lines, cable TV lines, water lines, etc. must not be affected.
- A plan showing footprint of structure, proposed fence line and property boundaries, with readable measurements, must be submitted with the architectural request form to demonstrate where the property line is located in relation to the proposed fence. Drawings must be sufficiently detailed to allow a committee member to confirm measurements and ensure common area is not encroached upon.
- A maximum 48” wide x 6’ high swing in gate built to match existing fence standards may be installed.
