GUIDELINES FOR JACUZZI ENCLOSURE

1. The cover must be of wood or vinyl material.
   
   
2. The height of the enclosure must not exceed 7 ft. 6 in.
   
   
3. The style of the enclosure must be compatible with the general architectural style of Beachwalk and must not offend the community's sense of appropriateness.
   
   
4. The enclosure must be maintained as appropriate to ensure continued compliance with the above guidelines. 
   
5. Submit details and plot plan.
