The Common Area Request
Form is for Beachwalk residents to request the use of the Beachwalk
common area or to request the use of any pool for events. Homeowners
may request permission to use common areas for special events, such
as birthday parties and outdoor barbeques. Common areas include
greenbelts, streets and pools.
To start the process:
Go to the Beachwalk website site www.beachwalkhoa.org
double click on Common Area Usage and down load and complete the
Request Form/liability

Submit your completed form to the Management Company,

Once Keystone Pacific receives the signed form, they will:
- Make sure all information is properly filled out
- Review the number of guest that will be attending.
- If numbers of guest attending are less than 15, Keystone
Pacific will coordinate with Pool Chairperson or available
board member for authorization.
- If numbers of guest are 15 or more, Keystone Pacific will
coordinate with the Board for their approval.
Once the Board makes their decision, Keystone Pacific will contact
the homeowner with the status of their request. Should the request
be approved, Keystone Pacific will provide an approved signed and
dated copy to Beachwalk security for their records
