BEACHWALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
LANDSCAPE MODIFICATION REQUEST FORM
PROCESSING PROCEDURE
Homeowners who wish to change/modify and maintain their front landscape
plantings must apply to the Beachwalk Board of Directors for approval
before proceeding. The Landscape
Modification Request Form is designed for this purpose.
The procedure to follow is:
1. Prepare a plan, drawing or picture of area to change, specifying changes
requested. Give details of plantings to be removed and those to be added.
Specify exact area(s ) you intend to maintain yourself.
2. Check with all neighbors who would be affected by change and get their
approval. If requested changes would alter landscape of adjoining neighbor(s
) yard, the adjoining neighbor(s ) affected by change must also apply.
3. Complete the Landscape
Modification Request Form and mail to Keystone Pacific Property
Management, Inc., 16845 Von Karman, Suite 200, Irvine, Ca. 92606.
Keystone Pacific will acknowledge your application and forward it to the
Landscape Committee. The Landscape Committee will review your application,
get clarification if needed, and pass it along to the Board of Directors
for final disposition. Keystone Pacific Management will notify you by
mail of the Board's decision.
