Maintenance

If you are not a Beachwalk homeowner of record, please have the homeowner contact Keystone Pacific with maintenance requests. This can be done by telephone (949) 833-2600, by fax (949) 833-0919 or, for less urgent items, through the U.S. Mail. Non urgent correspondence can also be placed in the on-site Keystone Pacific mailbox located between the clubhouses.

The Association has several ongoing maintenance contracts and on-site maintenance personnel. Maintenance requests falling under existing contracts will have work orders issued accordingly. Those requiring Board / Committee review will be submitted to the Board for direction. Homeowners will be mailed a copy of work orders at their mailing address of record.
